Sometimes you find a book that just sweeps you off your feet and you must keep reading because to stop reading would be to lose the magic of the words leaping off the page and directly into your brain. To stop reading would be to lose the character's voices in your head, and be alone. More alone than you were before you started reading, because now you've met these new people, and you want them to live with you forever.
